Bloomgram Privacy Policy

Bloomgram: Shape Puzzle ("Bloomgram") is made by Lylono ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information is used when you play Bloomgram on Android, and the choices you have.
The short version
- You don't need an account to play. We never ask for your name, email or phone number.
- Your progress stays on your phone. We don't have servers that store it.
- Bloomgram shows ads from Google AdMob. Google may use some information from your device to show and measure ads, as explained below.
Information that stays on your device
Bloomgram saves your progress, garden, seeds, streak, daily puzzle results and settings (such as sound, music and vibration) on your device only. This information is not sent to us. If you uninstall Bloomgram or clear its app data, it is deleted.
Daily reminders
If you turn on the daily reminder, Bloomgram schedules a notification on your device. It is created by the app itself; no information is sent to us. You can turn it off anytime in Bloomgram's Settings or in your phone's settings.
Sharing your results
When you tap Share, Bloomgram opens your phone's own share menu with a short text about your result. You choose where to send it. We don't see what you share or with whom.
Advertising (Google AdMob)
Bloomgram is free and is supported by ads provided by Google AdMob. To show ads, measure them and prevent fraud, Google may collect and use information such as:
- your device's advertising ID,
- your IP address and general location (for example, your country),
- basic device information (such as model, operating system and language),
- how you interact with ads.
Depending on your region and choices, ads may be personalised or non-personalised. We don't receive information that identifies you personally.

Your choices
- Privacy options: In Bloomgram, open Settings → Privacy options to review or change your ad choices at any time.
- Europe, the UK and Switzerland: Bloomgram asks for your consent before personalised ads are shown. You can change your choice anytime in Privacy options.
- United States: If you live in a US state with privacy laws, you can opt out of the sale or sharing of your information for ads in Privacy options.
- Advertising ID: You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone's settings (usually Settings → Privacy → Ads, or Settings → Google → Ads).
Children
Bloomgram is intended for players aged 13 and older. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information through Bloomgram, please contact us and we will help.
Data retention and deletion
We don't store your personal information on our own systems. Game data on your device is deleted when you uninstall the app or clear its data. Information collected by Google for advertising is handled under Google's policies linked above.
Changes to this policy
If we change how Bloomgram uses information, we will update this page and change the "Last updated" date.
